1 Minute for your Job Application

You can quickly and easily upload your documents via our application portal. We will send you an immediate confirmation mail and look forward to finding out more about you.

2 Getting to know you Meetings

We will check your documents and get in touch with you in a few days. If we thought you have what it takes, then we’ll invite you to a “get to know you” meeting. There will then be a follow-up meeting. We will decide together whether these meetings take place in person at our company or online.

3 Contact Partner

We don’t simply want to find out about your abilities; we also want to get to know you as a person. We will use the chats to tell you a bit about MID and our approach to work, as well as our company culture. You will get to meet colleagues from various departments, as well as our people & culture team.

4 Criteria for your Contract Offer

Once we are clear on your position, motivation, salary and start date, then we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to give you some feedback about the selection process. If both we and you felt that you are a good fit for the team, then we’d love to offer you a contract.

5 Success Factors for your Start at MID

Your digital onboarding already starts before your official start. On your first day, we’ll welcome you with open arms and show you around our headquarters in Nuremberg. You will then have an individual orientation, be assigned a mentor and get to know your great colleagues and all the exciting tasks awaiting you!

How to prepare for your Interview

Be yourself! We don't have a dress code. Come in what ever you feel comfy in. Tell us about what you have previously done, your most significant projects you have worked on and what lights your fire! We already know what you look like on paper. We now want to find out whether we click as people and would like to work together. We look forward to hearing from you!
