Subcontractors

With Reference to the Order Processing Agreement

MID uses the following subcontractors to provide the contractually agreed service. The data protection regulations in the prevalent subcontracting relationship correspond to those in the contractual relationship between Service Provider and Client; those, in turn, are defined in the Order Processing Agreement in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the associated technical and organizational measures.

Services which are not considered to be subcontracting relationships in the sense of this rule include third party services that the Client uses as an ancillary service to support the execution of the order. However, the Client is obliged to make appropriate and legally compliant contractual agreements and to take measures to ensure the protection and security of the Service Provider’s data, even in the case of outsourced ancillary services.
