Next Level Requirements Engineering
Digital disruption is both an opportunity and a challenge for companies across all industries. Digitalization is changing our world more radically and quickly than any technological trend before, while AI and automation are revolutionizing numerous tools and applications, shaping our work. How must requirements engineering evolve in the context of these changes to provide crucial support in this rapidly changing world? These topics are the focus of this year’s REConf 2025®. Visitors can look forward to numerous expert presentations, inspiring keynotes and informative workshops on all relevant topics. MID is also participating again with a technical presentation and a booth as a sponsor.

Traceability and Cross Domain Configuration Management – From Requirements to Source Code
This year, Christoph Bergner, Managing Director of MID, and his colleagues are once again looking forward to welcoming interested parties and experts from various industries at the MID booth (G4). Additionally, on May 7th at 11:45 AM, participants can look forward to an exciting presentation by Christoph Bergner on the topic “Traceability and Cross Domain Configuration Management – From Requirements to Source Code.” In this presentation, he will present an open, vendor-neutral platform based on the OSLC standard that enables the management of cross-domain configurations and the traceability of stakeholder requirements to the source code. By using AI-supported methods, users are supported across tool and domain boundaries. Christoph Bergner will then explain the conceptual approach using concrete use cases and demonstrate the integration of various tools.
