Working for MID doesn’t simply mean business; it is also a place for friendships and fun.
We get together to play badminton, for climbing, beach volleyball, golf and for running. We participate in running events (B2Run, RunTerra, FunRun) and there’s the annual ski trip to look forward to! Other highlights include our trip to the local beer festival, not to forget our team events and our summer and Christmas parties. We also meet up simply to chat over a drink or two or maybe to go to the movies.

From day one at MID, my expertise was built up in a structured way. I learned the basics of BPMN and UML through training courses and with the support of experienced colleagues, so that an IREB certificate was no problem at all. All in all, I had the perfect introduction to consulting.
