Nationwide, only about three percent of companies meet the high standards required to receive this quality seal.

As a result, MID is officially one of the companies with the highest salary satisfaction in Germany, achieving an above-average score in the salary and benefits category as well as an overall profile score of 4.1 stars.

- At least 70 percent salary satisfaction, both overall and in the last 12 months
- At least 3.8 stars in the Salary & Benefits category, both overall and in the last 12 months
- At least 3.4 stars in the Employee Score, both overall and in the last 12 months
- At least 3.4 stars in the overall rating since the profile was created
- At least six employee reviews since the profile was created (applicant reviews are not considered)
- At least two new or updated employee reviews in the last 12 months
