5. Product People in Cologne
Product owners, product managers, business analysts and interested stakeholders from product and service development met in Cologne May 16-17 for an informal get-together. This was possible thanks to the event’s mix of a classic conference and open space. Participants looked forward to over 25 speakers and experts, interesting workshops and talks.
MID’s Talk Focused on Practice
Sarah Wiesenborn, senior consultant, and Andreas Belke, sales manager represented us in Cologne. Sarah had prepared an interesting talk for the conference, which she held on May 17 at 1:15 p.m., entitled “Stakeholder Management in Projects – Good vs. Bad”. She used practical examples to show the best and worst case practice approaches and spelled out the stumbling blocks and success factors for stakeholder management.
