Description
Is it your job to assess your employees? Are you a software tester and need to create test scenarios based on modeled processes? Do you produce documentation or check technical concepts? Or are you simply interested in the standard for process modeling, BPMN 2.0, and want to learn how to read and understand modeled processes? Then this is the right training for you! We will show you the various BPMN 2.0 elements (e.g. tasks, sequence flows, events, gateways, activities etc.) and explain how to read technical process models. This will open the gateway to the world of processes modeled using the industry standard, BPMN 2.0.
Aim of the training: At the end of the course, you will be able to read, understand and check basic BPMN diagrams using your new-found knowledge of BPMN 2.0 symbols.
