Portfolio control is of central importance within the agile environment. It is important to work out your company’s vision, mission and strategic aims and to know why these are essential for a value-added-driven portfolio within your company. This is where your central strategies play a role and this is the area where the management team needs to create transparency so that all levels within the company can work together towards one common aim. Change management plays a central role within portfolio control, as the prioritizing model and, in turn, dynamic budgeting, is a fundamental change process. As well as strategic levels, the topic of an agile mindset is also a central aspect of this course. We will be discussing the topics “team development, communication and conflict management”.
