Description
This training will teach you everything about a change in leadership responsibility that agile transformation brings with it. Learn how to support agile teams, programs, large solution or portfolios. Agility is common place in most companies nowadays. SCRUM, Kanban and LEAN processes are already deployed in many companies, as are individual agile methods. This course will teach you these 3 methods and you will also learn about Leading SAFe and how you can use it to influence agile structures, processes and uses. We will also discuss PI planning, lean portfolios and scaled agile frameworks.
