Description
The SAFe® RTE 5 seminar for experts delves into the operative role as “supportive leader”, as well as how to understand various roles and responsibilities. You will also discuss organization, implementation and improvement processes for a “PI planning meeting” and their processes. We will also touch on which soft skills are necessary for operative implementation of an “agile transformation”. You will learn how to scale agile processes without losing any benefits.
