CPOs@BPM&O at Flora, Cologne
This year’s 6th process management congress, CPOs@BPM&O, was focused on digitalization, automation and process management, and ran 7-8th March 2019 in Cologne. There was plenty on offer for more than 250 visitors to the event. From agility and customer experience management, to digital transformation, process culture and process mining, the agenda was jam-packed with interesting talks and interactive workshops. Participants could also find out about the solutions offered by the BPM tool providers with stands at the event.
New Makeover in the MID Tool Family
Elmar Nathe, our division manager for BPM, gave an interesting talk on the 2nd day of the congress, entitled “Intelligent Process Automation Made Short and Sweet! – BPMN, DMN and PMML the recipe for success.” Listeners found out what technical processes, including embedded decisions, can be automated using a workflow engine.
That wasn’t the only event highlight for us. Visitors to the CPOs@BPM&O were informed about a new member of the MID tool family: Our tool, Smartfacts Business, has been given a makeover and is now called Bpanda. What does Bpanda stand for? – Business Process and Architecture. We couldn’t have given our tool a better name. We decorated our MID stand in a green panda look to mark the occasion. Visitors loved it!
