Cancellation Right<\/h2>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract without reason within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days, with effect from the day of completion of the contract. We (MID GmbH, Kressengartenstrasse 10, 90402 Nuremberg, telephone number: +49(0)911 968360, e-mail address: info@mid.de) require a clear declaration (e.g. a postal letter or e-mail) if you wish to exercise your right to cancellation of the contract.
\nIf you so wish, you can use the attached cancellation form; this is, however, not mandatory. The timely dispatch of the cancellation before the end of the cancellation period is sufficient for compliance with the cancellation period. [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Effect of Cancellation<\/h2>\n

If you cancel this contract, then we are obliged to return all payments already received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from a more expensive type of delivery request by you and not included within our standard delivery policy), immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the day your notice of cancellation of the contract was received. We shall use the same payment method which you originally selected for the transaction when refunding this money, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Additional fees will not be incurred for return payment. If you requested that services should start during the cancellation period, then we require payment of a reasonable amount which corresponds to the amount of services received compared to the total volume of services as stated in the contract, starting from the time you informed us of your right to cancellation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
