This course will teach you about your company’s vision, mission and strategic aims and to know why these are essential for a value-added-driven portfolio within a company.
This is where the management team needs to create transparency, so that all levels within the company can work together towards one common aim. You will learn how change management plays a role in portfolio control: agile transformation of a company cannot be a success unless it is backed by top management. Change processes are fundamental and can have an effect all the way up to top management.
You will also learn that the leadership team and management always have to be the first ones to go agile to create a familiar environment within which employees are encouraged to join.
The aim of the training at a glance: This course will teach you about supportive leadership and the House of LEAN, the vision of an energetic business culture and everything you need to know about the strategic “LEAN agile Portfolio Management”.
